It would appear to me that this might be done in either one of two ways. You might either let me have information you have in the letter or I could arrange to come to Cincinnati, at your convenience, and you could discuss this information with me at that time. I will leave it up to your discretion as to which way you feel it would be best to handle this. If you recommend my making a trip to Cincinnati I will leave the date up to you.
