Frankly, I don't believe an OSHA inspector would be much impressed by the argument that the EPA standard is at opposite ends of the pole. % Phil Armstrong has pointed out a local lab in the Geisrtlar area who are apparently qualified. For the time being I am willing to go the outside lab route -- who does the analysis doesn't matter as much as establishing a testing program to determine where we stand, measure improvements if any are required and monitor the situation thereafter.
