101 "Beverage" is beer, ale, other molt beverages, soda water, and carbonated soft drinks ih liquid form intended for human
consumption.
102 "Beverage container" is an individual, separate, sealed bottle, can, jar or carton made of metal, glass, plastic, Or other material or combinations of such materials, containing a beverage for consumption or use off the premises on which it. is sold, or offered for sale.
103 "Consumer"is every person who purchases a beverage in a beverage container for use or consumption.
104 "Dealer" is every person who engages in the sale of beverages in beverage containers to consumers.
105 "Parson" is any individual, partnership, co-partnership, firm, company, corporation, association, joint stock company, trust, estate, political subdivision, state agency, or any other legal entity, or their legal representative, agent or
assigns.

exercise of any right or power ever a beverage incident to
the ownership thereof, other than the sale or the keeping
or retention of a beverage for the purposes of sale.
PART II: DEPOSIT
201 Every sale and. ovary offer for S3le of a beverage in a beverage container by a dealer.to a consumer in Illinois ' shall be subject to deposit by the consumer of not less than five cents with the dealer.
202 Mo parson shall sell or offer for sale beverages in beverage containers tc a consumer unless he collects the deposit required by section 201, and undertakes to return the full amount of such deposits upon return to him of the beverage container sold by him.
