Press needs: Bio for CEO Jimmy Brock- attached Square footage of the bath room- Layout attached. This will be in in the waiting room of the bathhouse How many exits and where are they located 3 direct exits- see photos and map What is the fire marshal number for maximum capacity/how many people can the room accommodate- looks like 220 Where is the room located on the property- see map and photo Where is parking for press- see map and photo What is the distance for cable run What time on Tuesday can we access the room for setup- 8am We will begin bringing press into the room at 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday. -9am. FYI- attached are a few photos of the bathhouse where the miners congregate for their safety briefings, etc. before going underground. This would be the recommended location for the open press/discussions with miners.
