It is very kind of you to take the trouble to offer to come and see me about the problem of so-called asbestos hazards and I would indeed be glad to see you if we can find a suitable time. I regret to say that each of the days which you mention I already have a very heavy programme particularly in connection with the Chemical Society and partly because I shall be lecturing in Southampton on the 14-th. By all means let us see if we can find another suitable occasion but I am wondering whether the people whom you should see are those who raised the question with me for advice from our Central Administration. Our Mr. Angus is looking after this matter and I am sending on to him a copy of your letter and my reply and no doubt you will hear from him in the near future.
