Young Subject: Plant Status - Federal EPA Standard For Flnyl Chloride A meeting of the Plant Vinyl Chloride Compliance Schedule Monitoring Team was held September 22, 1978. Reports by members representing Engineering, Maintenance, and Production Departments confirmed completion of all projects In accordance with the plant compliance schedule. We apparently yet have some problems with compressor seals but we, nevertheless, are In compliance with the intent of EPA's Standard. Efforts will continue to resolve existing problems. All related work orders shall be closed as appropriate. We must notify the EPA of our status within ten days of September 39, 1978, which Is the final compliance date of our schedule. /nm UCC 105049
