(3) Employees s h a ll be p ro tected by su ita b le re s p ira to ry p ro tectiv e equipment in accordance w ith the requirem ents of Section 1501.82(a) and ( c ) . (b ) The p r in c ip le s i n the th resh o ld l i n d t v alu e s to which a tte n tio n i s d ire c te d in S ection 1501.5 w ill be used by the Department of Labor in enforcement proceedings in defining a safe concentration of vapors. ( c ) When flo an a b le so lv e n ts a re used, p recau tio n s s h a ll be taken in accordance w ith the requirements of Section 1501.25.
