April 6, 197ft i The Shamrock Hilton Hotel Houston, Texas In Accordance with notice of meeting and agenda sailed to each member on March 2, 1976, the regular Annual Meeting of the members of the Lead Industries Association, Inc., was held on Thursday, April 8, 1976, at The Shamrock Hilton Hotel, Houston, Texas. Purpose of the meeting was to elect the Directors of the Association, as well as to transact other business. CALL TO ORDER The business session was brought to order at 10:00 a.si. by the Chairman, Mr. Paul C. Henshaw. 000HUM The Secretary reported that a quorum was present. APPROVAL OF MINUTES " The Chairman announced that'the Minutes of the previous Annuel Meeting had been sent to the members- and no comments had been received. On motion made, seconded and unanimously approved, the Minutes of the meeting, April 9, 197S, were approved as written. / . TREASURER'S REPORT The Treasurer, Mr. R. V. Cronin, gave the Treasurer's Report. On motion made, seconded and carried, the Treasurer's Report for fiscal year 1975, was accepted as read, and a copy was ordered filed with the Official Minutes of the Association. SECRETARY'S REPORT The Secretary displayed a copy of the Annual Report of the Association for 1975, consisting of the Auditor's Report for 1975, a copy of the Annual Meeting Minutes for the regular Annual Meeting, April 9, 1975, copies of the Board of Directors Minutes for 1975, a copy of the Executive Committee Minutes, August 11, 1975, end a list of Members of the Association with their addresses.
