Box 6C5 Westlake, Louisiana 70669 Dear Mr. Booth: RE: Audit Results of Honeywell 1000 Vinyl Chloride Monitor On June 2, 1989, the above referenced monitor was audited by Emission Testing Services under contract by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division. The purpose of the audit was to determine the relative accuracy of the monitor by introducing two different concentrations of EPA protocol gases and recording the monitor output. The relative accuracy of the monitor for the lower concentration audit was 1.06% and for the higher concentration audit was 13.54%.
