Dear Mr. Garcia and Mr. Quirosa: I am writing to inform you that the Compliance Assurance and Enforcement Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the Port of Brownsville on September 22, 2023, included a visit to your facility at 901 S Windhaus Rd evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the September 2023 inspections EPA has determined no further action is required. As part of the inspection process your facility was issued an EPA identification number, referred to as an EPA ID#. That number is TXR000073932. This number was assigned as a way to document the inspection and no future action determination.
