(a) On the south side of the Ingot KLant Building #134 in the Marinile Keying area, near column 446, a metal can containing scrap narlnliitte" dust and debris from a raaisping operation is not labeled as a potential airborne asbestos hazard.
(b) On the south side of the Ingot FIant Building #134 in the Marinate Keying area, near column A4 6, a wooden scrap "coffin" containing m arinate debris and dust is not labeled as a potential airborne asbestos hazard.

beds and filters were not installed in compressor(s) to further assure
breathing air quality, and only a high-temperature alarm was used on
oil lubricated compressori s) and the air from the compressor was. not
frequently tested for carbon monoxide to insure that it met require
ments of the specification for grade X breathing air as described in
Compressed Gas Association Commodity specification G--7.1 - 19 6 6 :
In the Anode Building #260, there are three whitecap airline respirators supplied with breathing air from the oil--lubri cated plant compressor line. Suitable in-line .air purifying sorbent beds and filters are not installed to insure breathing air quality. In addition, air from the compressor is not either tested frequently or continuously monitored for carbon
monoxide to insure It meets tho .requirements. for_.Gxa.do D breathing air.

Caution labels were not affixed to all
raw materials, mixtures, scrap, waste, debris, or other products con
taining asbestos fibers, or to their containers, which during any
reasonably foreseeable use, handling, storage, disposal, processing
or transportation could release airborne: concentrations of asbestos
fibers exceeding prescribed exposure limits:
(a) On the south side of the Ingot KLaxrt Building #134 in the
Marinite Keying area, near column A4, a metal can containing
scrap marinite dust and debris from a rasping operation is not
labeled as a potential airborne asbestos hazard.

(b) On the south side of the Ingot Plant Building #134 in the Marinite Keying area, near column A4 6, a wooden scrap "coffin" containing marinite debris and dust is not labeled as a potential airborne asbestos hasard.
These conditions are repeated violations of a standard cited
on a previous inspection.
