Florida Waiver request

Ken I am a very close personal friend of Mike Joyner here in Tallahassee. I have been with API and the FPC for 32 years and endured many hurricane seasons. I really appreciate USEPA and the Administrations tremendous response with this year's hurricanes especially with regards to Florida. I absolutely know that the quick action by Secretary Pruitt significantly improved logistical considerations for my industry that has directly improved our efforts to get motor fuel to Florida. Please pass along my thanks to all.
As we continue through the disaster with Irma looming a direct hit on Florida an additional waiver request to USEPA from Florida (see attached)and other states is pending Secretary Pruitt's action that would extend the waiver for blendstock requirements of fuels. I write to ask your assistance in trying to make this happen as soon as possible as I know logistics among our member companies and throughout our industry are being planned at refineries and throughout the transportation sector. Anything you can do to speed this along would be great.
Thanks
