Box 460 Station A Toronto Ontario, Canada M5W-1E5 Dear Dr. Bunt: Last year at the AIHC in Portland the API Industrial Hygiene Committee arranged a Petroleum Industry Hygienist Seminar. The session was initiated for two purposes: 1. To provide a forum for presentation of quality technical papers of special interest to industrial hygienists practicing in the petroleum industry. 2. To provide a medium for petroleum industry hygienist to become aquainted with one another in order to foster an ongoing interchange of ideas and activities. Despite a last minute change of days and a remote meeting room location, last yearTs session was well attended and proved sucessful in terms of content and information exchange. As part of this year's program I would like to invite a representative from your PACE committee to make a presentation on the Canadian petroleum industry. The meeting is being held on Wednesday afternoon from 1:30 to 4:30. The general format is a 20 to 30 minute talk with time for questions following the presentation.
