Electrolyte Division located in Memphis, Tennessee to determine the facility's compliance status with RCRA and applicable regulations. Enclosed is the EPA RCRA inspection report that indicates deficiencies of RCRA were discovered during the inspection. A copy of this report has been forwarded to the TDEC for follow-up and further evaluation in accordance the 2003 Hazardous Waste Civil Enforcement Response Policy.
