Birck \ October 28, 1985 VCM LEAK SURVEY VIS1A Attached are the results of the completed 1985 Comprehensive VCM Leak Survey. A total of thirty-seven (37) leaks were found and repaired. Every flange, connection, valve, etc. on the attached isometric drawings was checked with a portable hydrocarbon detector (HNU). Those points with readings above 50 ppm with the probe close to the equipment as possible were considered leaks and were noted. A tabulated list of all leaks over 50 ppm VCM is attached.
