on Inventions and Marks, proof of industrial working in Mexico must be filed within the two months following the starting date of said working or exploitation here. Lack of filing of the working Declaration within a three year term counted as from the date of
issuance of the patent entitles any person to apply before
Mexican Patent Office for the grant of a compulsory license under the conditions established in Article 50 of the above mentioned Law.
