With Congress out for the Easter recess, things are a lot more quiet and flexible on our end. For the most part, Tony could be available for a call anytime each day, with the exception of 4:00 - 6:00 pm ET when he is preparing for and hosting his daily radio program. As I mentioned to John, the topic of this call would be to discuss pulling together a small group of key business leaders around the country who are very excited about Administrator Pruitt's new leadership role. Appreciate you sending me some times you think this call could take place in the next week or 17cv1906 Sierra Club v. EPA ED_001523B_00007166-00002 so. I felt bad even asking so late in the game. Remarkably, Vice President Pence stopped by on Friday afternoon and that was a real encouragement to our attendees. Sydney, I will send you a separate note so we can work on finding a time for a phone call this week or next. Thank you! I also apologize that he will not be able to attend the event tomorrow. However, the Administrator is very interested in moving forward on the business meeting and discussing that with Mr. Perkins. Copied on this email is Sydney Hupp who can help you move the ball down the field on that front. Thank you Lindsay and have a great weekend! EPA ED_001523B_00007166-00004 Thank you for taking my call. Tony Perkins is hoping to speak with Mr. Pruitt today about a couple things: 1. We would love for him to stop by The Willard tomorrow anytime between 9:00 - 10:30 am to speak to 200 of our key supporters. This is basically the equivalent of a stakeholders meeting where we report to our major donors on FRC's impact over the last year and what we have planned for the future. We believe this crowd, many of them business owners, would be interested to hear from Mr. Pruitt on the important and necessary changes he is bringing to the EPA. 2. This is not as urgent, but he wanted to start the discussion about pulling together a small meeting of key business owners and Mr. Pruitt. This came out of a meeting Tony had a few weeks ago in California with some of our major supporters. Tony's cell is personal Phone/Ex. 6i If he doesn't answer, it's because he is on stage at this event, but he will call rigfitPacK.' Thank you very much for passing along this request!
