The Facility has been issued a permit to operate a OWDF by WDEQ. The Facility includes one evaporation pond, a storage tank battery and a tanker truck offload area. TOUR INFORMATION No opening conference was conducted because no Facility representatives were available. Data Collected and Observations: During the walk-through, I observed that the facility does not have a slop/skim (separation) pit. I did not observe oil floating on the surface of the evaporation pond and did not collect any photographs during the inspection. No spills were observed in the tank battery or other areas of the facility. No bird or other wildlife mortalities were observed.
