Bill: I have enclosed a roof coating formulation modified with polyvinyl chloride and silane a la Bullman technology to give early water resistance. As we discussed this in our phone conversation, Art Mees would like to have a wet sample of this to give to Flo-Rite when you next visit them for their evaluation. I obtained the formulation from Tony Manzella (Jeff Ransom had not done any work with this silane and pvc modification). It is basically our roof coating formulation E-1372 with the amounts of pvc and silane recommended out of Bound Brook. When Tony made it up he had used UCAR 153 but since UCAR 163 is our current roof coating latex I feel sure that Art would prefer you use it instead of UCAR 153.
