Program note, VOG (voice of god) will introduce the 3 secretaries/administrator to stage. They will each speak in same order and for same length. Perry introduces Zinke, Zinke intros Pruitt and Pruitt intros POTUS. We will have toe marks for them behind podium.
At this time we will ask Perry, Zinke and Pruitt will remain to the right (stage right) of POTUS during the signing.
