This CD is supercedes previous versions The reason Tot re-issue of the CD at this time is the addition of two reports that arc new since the last version that the EPA received The first addition is the avian reproductive toxicity (OPPIS 850.2300 / OECD 206) and it is listed as entry # 26B The second addition is a letter discussing a histopathology review of select tissues related to the 90-dav oral toxicity (OPPTS 870 3100 / OECD 408) and it is listed as entry # 9A. On the enclosed CD. you will find: A copy of this covet letter An index to perfluorobutane sulfonate study reports on physical chemical properties, environmental and mammalian testing with the following organization: Mammalian toxicity testing Bcotoxicity and fate studies Avian toxicity testing Physico-chemical properties, fate testing and supporting analytical methodology A discussion paper summarizing the results from the testing conducted to date by 3M on perfluorobutane sulfonate The four folders contain sanitized copies of the study lepoits submitted to the EPA to date as listed in the index 3M will continue to provide information on a regular basis as it becomes available The CD is for read-only put poses and is not to be modified 3M will maintain a paper copy and the original CD copy of the documents The paper copies will control over the CD in the event of any discrepancy Please feel fi ee to contact me with any questions Regards, Jay F.
