The briefing will be held at the Willard Intercontinental Hotel from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. There are 4-5 speakers over the course of the afternoon, each speak for approximately 10-15 minutes. There may also be a few questions as well. They are able to accommodate what works best for the Secretary's schedule. Additional information on the event, as well as background on the New England Council, is included in the attachment.
