Tha highlights of tha one ting ware: 1. Increased use of lead-acid batteries was projected for the future. Kate of increase can re intensified by Industry stepping out using electric cars of all types. It is tine, now to taka the next steps that will bring electric vehicles out on the streets in meaningful nuobers. 2. An excellent session featuring talks and discussions on lead end tha environment was chaired by H.J. Veenia.
