REACTIVE CHEMICAL TRAINING IPT Modules address block specific concerns. Completion of these modules is required by new and/or transferred employees, as applicable to their job responsibility. Testing is included in the IPT Process in the form of Section Tests and Training Reviews. Training Reviews are required every three years. Accidents/Incidents are reviewed by all personnel at least quarterly in group safety meetings. Some emergency drills pertain to reactive chemicals situations. Drills are required quarterly. Reactive Chemical Review materials are communicated to all personnel after such reviews have been conducted. Operation Procedures contain information expressing reactive chemical concerns.
