We wish to re-emphesize the last sentence in their bulletin which we quote - "Although our tests indicate similarity between grades it dees not always follow that a user will find the same similarity in his production." It is very important that any consumer of asbestos fibres test a sample of Carey-Canadian*s asbestos fibre comparing it to his present source of supply. Many times we can show the customer an advantage in using Carey-Canadian fibres and in some cases, the products listed in this bulletin as being comparable to a competitive product is not comparable in this particular customer's formulation. The asbestos industry does not have tests which will always indicate the various physical charac teristics which will effect a particular formulation, hence, the necessity for testing a sample before substituting. We listed no comparable grades to our 7k-5. 7TS-1 and 7RF-9 which means to our knowledge Canadian Johns-Ksnviiie and Asbestos Corporation, Ltd., do not produce equivalent grades.
