In my perhaps futile effort to cause Dr. Giessel to see the light, it is my thought to include a quotation of Tom's second paragraph with the selection of comments by Tom, Red, Harriet and Harry Foreman which I plan to send to the Houston practitioner. (All anonymously, as I have stated, and with prior submission to the authors) To bring this little campaign to a head and, I hope, to a close, it would of course be desirable to include all my ammunition in one salvo. Of the quintet of medical authorities originally selected for this enterprise, my several letters have met with silence only from you and Jim. This leads to the supposition that it is as the two of you -wish it, a desire which I can both understand and respect, much as I would welcome your support in what seems to me a warrantable endeavor to secure better medical service to a substantial group of workers. There is, however, the possibility that you are away on vacation or other wise, and that I may still hear from you.
