T m very troubled by reports that the EPA has indefinitely postponed its ban on Methylene Chloride. (EPA-IIQ-OPPT-2016-0231-0001). Protecting American consumers and workers from dangerous chemicals is at the core of your agency's mission. Especially while these dangerous chemicals can easily be purchased at a Home Depot, Loews etc..,,.every day. The longer these rules are delayed, the more workers and consumers will be needlessly exposed to toxic chemicals with serious, welldocumented health risks.
