I am honored to be nominated by President Trump to be the Deputy Administrator of the EPA. I appreciate his confidence in me and if confirmed by the U.S. Senate I look forward to returning to the Agency where I started my career to work for Administrator Scott Pruitt. During the campaign last year I attended a rally where the President spoke for 40 minutes on energy policy without notes or a teleprompter. It was the most comprehensive energy speech I had heard by a Presidential candidate. I realized right away that the press had misrepresented his views and his campaign. I immediately volunteered for the Trump campaign and I am honored by his trust in me.
