PROPOSED MEETING FOR JUNE 20
A Hazwoper compliance meeting is currently scheduled for June 20 in Houston. This will be a 3-4 hour meeting. I am proposing we take another half-day for a "mid-year" Industrial Hygiene Meeting. Many of you have expressed a need to discuss several specific topics. Also, at Lake Conroe, a desire to meet more often was expressed.
Below are the proposed agenda items and a description of purpose:
1. Review IH meeting action items from November meeting.
2. Citizen MSDS's - I've had multiple request to develop these to assist in communication efforts outside the plant. We would identify the needs and decide how to proceed.
3. IH Audits - We need to get on with IH audits as discussed in November. The status of the development of the safety audit program and how it relates to IH audits would be discussed.
4. Overview of Customer Survey Results - We recently surveyed our customers, including you guys. A presentation on the results would be presented.
I believe we need to have the meeting. if you can attend.
