Inspector observed Speedy Well Service (SWS) run in hole to 1804 feet and circulate mud. SWS pumped 25 sacks of class A cement and pulled out of the hole. After 4 hours wait time, SWS ran in to top of cement at 1460 feet. SWS pulled up to 460 feet below land surface and circulated 35 sacks of class A cement to surface. Inspector observed cement standing at the surface with no fallback. Well apparently plugged.
