Therefore, I am requesting all Industrial Sales personnel, upon receipt of this memo, to submit all future sample orders to the Franklin Park, Illinois, office for approval. Sample requests for more than 300 pounds should be accompanied by a note explaining the reason for this special request. All sample orders requesting industrial plaster products will bear either Paul Smith's signature or my own.
