Diagnosis of laboratory versus secondary pathology review high, > 90 %. Investigators considering protocol revisions, with scientific review, both University Institutional and Consortium Science Review Panel (SRP). Exposure assessment a current focus of the SRP. Process underway to replace chair of Ethics Review Panel. Seeking new US member along with current members (China and EU).
