(see copy of business card) He gave me the following information regarding his father's physicians: Dr. Stuart Myers, surgeon at Herman Hospital Dr. Larry Konig, (apparently on Dr. Myers' staff) Drs. Danberg and Moffett, renal specialists According to his son, has had recent amputation of both lower extremities, an above-the-knee amputation of the right leg, and a below-the-knee of the left leg. The family has also been told that there are x-ray findings indicative of Asbestosis. At the present time, is ba:~~ car^H tor at the heme of his daughter, where he is on home dialysis.
