At that time, you indicated that you would review your file regarding settlement and discuss the alternative possibilities with Sherwin-Williams. As I indicated in my June 29 letter to Gerald Childrey, C. C. Perkins is demanding $80,000 and two years open medical to settle this case. I still think this is actually a pretty reasonable settlement offer since will be disabled for life. I feel sure that he would come off this sum to a certain degree. Moreover, a structured settlement must be economically feasible for Sherwin- Williams. I will be out of town from August 26 to September 6.
