(942) MINUTES of the special meeting of the Directors of the Manufacturing Chemists' Association, Inc. , held in the Buchanan Room, The Greenbrier, White Sulpkur Springs, West Virginia, on June 11, 1964, following conclusion of the ^nual Business Session. The meeting was opened by Chairman Gottshall, who stated that its rimary purpose was to elect members to the several committees of the Board Directors in order that a functioning organization would be available during he summer months to take care of pending and emergency business.
