Je viens de recevoir la demande d'avis signe par le ministre Vandenbroeck (voie en attach). cette demande serait aussi signe par la ministre Khattabi.

Par rapport au texte initial, je note l'lment suivant : Nous vous prions de bien vouloir nous soumettre un avis sur ce dossier dans un avenir proche ; nous aimerions savoir dans quel dlai cet avis est ralisable.
Je suppose que le Cabinet Vandenbroeck se charge d'envoyer cette demande au secrtariat du CSS, en vue de la mettre l'agenda du groupe de travail NASSA du 30/08.

En complment de votre demande concernant le format de la demande d'avis au CSS/HGR (cfr cidessous), j'ai compris de notre entretien tlphonique du 02/08/23 que vous mettez en doute les questions 7 10 concernant la mthodologie utiliser et que vous souhaitez un retour du CSS/HGR sur la faisabilit de fournir cet avis en urgence avant d'envoyer la demande.
En ce qui concerne la demande d'avis au CSS/HGR, j'ai vrifi les rapports des IKW et la notification du Conseil des ministres du 20/07/2023. Il n'y a aucune instruction prcise, ni exclusion, concernant le contenu des questions poser. Une demande d'avis scientifique doit tre correctement formule, l'aide de questions de gestion des risques prcises et pertinentes. La justification des questions que j'ai formules dans le projet ci-joint est la suivante : premirement, nous avons besoins d'un avis sur l'effet sur l'exposition et sur le risque pour la sant (questions 1 4), deuximement, la pertinence doit tre value (questions 5 et 6), troisimement, nous avons besoin d'un avis sur la mthodologie scientifique utiliser pour dterminer les valeurs des paramtres viss, sachant toutefois que la fixation finale de ces valeurs est purement une dcision de gestion des risques qui ne ressort pas des comptences du CSS/HGR. Par consquent, les questions 7 10 du projet ci-joint sur la mthodologie sont indispensables.
En ce qui concerna la faisabilit de fournir un avis en urgence, j'ai pu obtenir les informations
suivantes. Le secrtariat scientifique du CSS/HGR ne peut pas donner un avis sur cette faisabilit. Le
groupe de travail (NASSA), qui sera charg de traiter cette demande, se runit le 30/08. La runion
suivante de ce groupe a lieu en octobre. Pour pouvoir tre examin la runion du 30/08, le dossier
doit tre mis l'agenda au plus tard le 22/08. Il faut envoyer la demande
@health.fgov.be. Le cabinet peut galement prendre directement contact avec le nouveau prsident
du CSS/HGR, Dr.
, que vous connaissez trs bien et/ou le Prsident du Groupe de
travail NASSA, Prof.
@UGent.be.

Naar aanleiding van de ministerraad van 20/07 betreffende het ontwerp KB over water (omzetting van
richtlijn 2020/2184), heeft
(Kabinet Clarinval) jullie het bijgevoegde verzoek om een advies
van het HGR (Hoge Gezondheidsraad) ter ondertekening aan de minister van Volksgezondheid
toegezonden op 28/07.
Kunt u mij laten weten welk gevolg aan dit verzoek is gegeven? Als het verzoek is ondertekend, kunt u het mij dan doorsturen?
