Based on the July 18, 2017 meeting with ExxonMobil that detailed the facility's hazardous waste management, along with the written materials provided to EPA, EPA has determined no further action is required. This letter does not constitute a decision as to your compliance with RCRA and does not limit EPA's ability to pursue additional investigations or issue enforcement actions relating to this event, or similar events, in the future.
