The Committee approved the recommendation of the Manu facturing Committee to dispose of Three Well Logging Trucks, of the Baroid Division at Houston, Texas, for $550.00. The Committee approved the recommendation of the Manu facturing Committee to dispose of Two Detroit Electric Furnaces, of the Magnus Metal Division at Albany, New York, for $2,000.00. The Committee approved the recommendation of the Manu facturing Committee to dispose of Obsolete Equipment, of the Magnus Metal Division at Fitchburg, Massachusetts, consisting of One Milling Machine, One Planer, and One Warner & Swazey Turret Lathe, as scrap for approximately $250.00. The Committee rescinded the authorization granted by it at its meeting of September 27, 1960, to loan $75,000 to John R.
