We will provide the this data, based upon our collective scientific judgment, when we determine it is appropriate. As I indicated in my letter of 11 May, 2007, this is a scientific issue governed by guidelines and regulations that should appropriately be independent of study sponsors. Further delineation or stipulation of the scheduling of these deliverables as suggested by you in your email of May 19th does not provide a meaningful or constructive contribution on the part of API or the sponsors to the conduct of this study. I understand Dr Irons indicating that Cinpathogen will be providing the data to UCHSC or its designee some time before the end of June 2008 and UCHSC sending the data on to AHS before the end of June. How much time do we need to build into the schedule for the data to move from UCHSC to AHS? One week? Two weeks? One month? Because I don't thinkthat we can plan to have Cinpathogen delivering data on June 30 and UCHSC delivering the data that same day to AHS. Please let know.
