Continual problems occur with the conference call quality of the individual phones. Volume, feedback, and quality of the connection are the usual problems. 2. The Aspen system is used mostly for internal messages. The acceptance factor for outside callers still seems low in our experience, (mostly hang-ups) and we hesitate to forward our phones to Aspen when out-of-town. Thomas G.
