Given your unique position at Interior and as we discussed, it would be great if you could get a copy into the hands of the appropriate folks up there at the agency, yourself included of course! PERC can be a great follow up resource on any of the research and concepts presented. As fellow Montanans at PERC, we really want to do what we can to help Secretary Zinke have a successful term in office and success in addressing these significant issues.
