1. Reviewed OSHA/EPA attainment for November-Mass experiencing some slipping in building monitoring. Pearl/Paste monitoring
has levelled off, but should improve with increased follow-up efforts. Latex-reactor cleaning system should be operational by February 1981. Compound antimony personnel monitoring results continue to be excellent. Compound lead personnel monitoring continues to look good, with 13 of 15 below 50^g/m*^ standard. Timing for lead air pallet is target for June 1981. Noise
monitoring now being conducted by Compound.
2. Reviewed EPA/NESHAPS attainment for November, All results at 100%.
3. Reviewed Spill Control AR items that are to be done first. Submission of bid package imminent for centralized drum storage
area, latex drum and dumpster area, Pearl/Paste drum and dumpster area. Laboratory spent solvent storage and Maintenance shop oif- storage.
4. Reviewed Hazardous Waste Manifest system and goals for hazardous waste/spill control training program.
5. Outlined goals for 1981 that need to be set in the areas of
personnel monitoring, fugitive emissions, complaints, and projects related to industrial hygiene, VCM containment and PVC dust containment.
