To date we have had indications that about fifty parsons will attend The sessions will be held at the Du Pent
Country Club It is expected that the total cost of holding thia confar~-nca exclusive of attendees travel axpenses w an distributed on a per canita basis will amount to ten to twenty dollars per person I should receive in'advance of the mosting a general ledger account with appropriate accounts to coves
