I had actually wondered why we had included it to begin with, but did not voice my question. The only downside that I can see is explaining the discrepancy between the sponsors funding commitment and the new budget. Guess that we are asking them to do the math. We might consider revising the sentence to say The BHRC has identified a number of changes that reduce the project budget from the original $22,800,000 to meet the funding commitment.
