I have been informed that the comment periods are technically closed on the vast majority of projects (tight statutorily required period) but we have always maintained a policy that EPA is open, at any time, to any information that an American product is available. So we are basically in a position that if any of your members or other members of the Buy America coalition can provide information that they can or do make the components in question we would be thrilled to be informed of that fact. I would ask that your folks please review the projects expeditiously so Sierra Club v.
