Others prefer a two day meeting which would be devoted to these subjects with primary emphasis on safety matters related to FVC and VCM production. Because of lead time required to finalise such a meeting, it is believed impractical to schedule it prior to mid-May, 1975* To assist the association's officers in arriving at a majority decision, please indicate below your preference and election and return this letter to my attention by March 10, 1975* A notice of the meeting will follow to you as soon as practical, thereafter. 1.
