Thurber ASBESTOS LITIGATION This memorandum is an information summary of asbestos product liability litigation involving the Corporation. During the last five years, the Corporation has been named as a defendant along with many other corporations in 51 separate asbestos lawsuits covering 77 separate personal injury or wrongful death occurrences. The suits have been brought for alleged injury or death as a result of working with thermal insulation material containing asbestos.
