Su b j e o t io o Canal Street, CLEVELAND, April 4-th.1892. H. A. Sherwin, Esq. President, City. I. ly Dear Sir:- We have made another test of the Dahl lead, and in thas test we find that the paint made with it is entirely satisfactory. We have further examined some of the lead that we have on hand, and find a yreat variation in it: some of it beand very poor in col or and laekinj in body, while the rest is all rijht. The first test that was made must have been made with a barrel of lead that was very poor. For this lai t test, I had the same barrel of lead used that was used for makind the test in paste form a short time ajo. If the lead could be furnished uniform like this barrel, it no doubt 'would be very well, if not, it would be of little or no value. Yours very trui^ 0007-SWP-043384 N23203
