The survey will be conducted by their Industrial Hygiene Supervisor Ralph Himanarch during the week of July 15, 1968. I will arrive there the week of July 8, conduct my annual safety survey and coordinate the industrial hygiene survey. His equipment will be shipped to Libby prior to his arrival where.
