MEETING SCPEDULES Policy Committee - bi-monthly, beginning November 20. (thereafter on the Tuesday before the third Sub-Committees Wednesday). - bi-monthly on the first Wednesday beginning November 6. REPORT SCHEDULE - Chairmen of sub-committees are asked to have copies of minutes of their sub-committee meetings, including appropriations requests, requests for decision and recommendations for action, in the hands of Policy Committee members one week before the Policy Committee's scheduled meeting date.
